Breakfast
Coconut Flour Pancakes

Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup coconut flour
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- 2 eggs (if reintroduced; omit if strict elimination)
- 1/4 cup coconut milk
- 1 tbsp coconut oil (melted)
- 1 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
Instructions:
- Mix coconut flour and baking soda in a bowl.
- Add eggs, coconut milk, coconut oil, and sweetener if using; whisk well.
- Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and grease lightly.
- Pour batter to form pancakes and cook until bubbles form, flip and cook other side.
- Serve warm with fresh fruit or AIP-safe syrup.
AIP Breakfast Sausage Patties
Savory homemade sausage patties free of nightshades and additives.
Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground pork
- 1 tsp dried sage
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1/2 tsp ground ginger
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp turmeric
Instructions:

Ingredients:
- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 1/2 cup mashed avocado
- 1/4 cup finely chopped celery
- 1/4 cup finely chopped cucumber
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- Salt to taste
- Fresh herbs like dill or parsley (optional)
Instructions:
- In a bowl, combine shredded chicken, celery, cucumber, and herbs.
- Mix in mashed avocado and lemon juice until creamy.
- Season with salt to taste.
- Serve over lettuce leaves or enjoy as a sandwich in AIP-friendly wraps.
Zucchini Noodles with Pesto
Fresh zucchini noodles tossed in a garlic-free AIP pesto.
Ingredients:
- 2 medium zucchinis, spiralized
- 1 cup fresh basil leaves
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
- Salt to taste
Instructions:
- In a blender, combine basil, olive oil, lemon juice, parsley, and salt to make the pesto.
- Toss zucchini noodles with pesto until evenly coated.

Ingredients:
- 2 lbs beef chuck, cut into chunks
- 4 cups bone broth
- 3 carrots, chopped
- 2 celery stalks, chopped
- 1 cup chopped cabbage
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- Salt to taste
Instructions:
- Place beef, vegetables, bone broth, thyme, and salt into slow cooker.
- Cook on low for 7-8 hours or until beef is tender.
- Adjust seasoning if needed and serve warm.
Garlic-Free Herb Roasted Chicken
Simple roasted chicken with fresh herbs and AIP-friendly seasonings.
Ingredients:
- 1 whole chicken (3-4 lbs)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1 tbsp fresh thyme, chopped
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 1 lemon, sliced
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
